System-wide SOCKS5
On Android — Drony, ProxyDroid (root) or NetGuard.
On iOS — Potatso Lite, Shadowrocket (paid, from another country's App Store).
These apps wrap traffic into a local VPN interface and forward through SOCKS5.
Testing
Open browserleaks.com/ip — you should see the proxy's IP. Check DNS leaks via dnsleaktest.com.
